Te Reo Māori for Teachers - Level 2

Online Meeting

Our Level 2 Te Reo Māori course builds on foundational te reo Māori that has been learnt in our previous Level 1 Te Reo Māori course or other introductory te reo Māori courses.

We use a range of interactive and engaging digital tools to encourage you to use the reo you have acquired in a variety of situations including the home, work and in social settings. Bi-weekly tutorials are scheduled throughout this course to ensure you are receiving relevant feedback.

The material and resources that are provided are practical and relevant to everyday situations and you will also additional materials to encourage the use of te reo Māori amongst your family, friends, and colleagues.

Content is interactive and engaging so no need to learn through just books and paper worksheets! Each course is looked after by one of 3 trained (and registered) teachers with in-depth experience in adult teaching and learning.

Ngā Whāinga Paetae: Learning Objectives

A range of topics are covered throughout this course with each week featuring a mix of both te reo Māori structures and components of tikanga and Mātauranga Māori (cultural knowledge).
